Saturday Skills Training 

Basketball Skills Training

Fundamental and Intermediate Basketball Skills Development Training Sessions. Participants will learn fundamental & advance skills while working on various other Basketball components such as;

  • Shooting, Passing & Dribbling

  • Foot work, Lay-ups & Pivoting

  • Offensive & Defensive Skills

  • Speed & Agility

  • Warm-ups, Stretching & Rules of the game

  • Basketball game IQ and more... 

 

from our highly experienced coaching staff, and TNBA athletes camp helpers. Skills training emphasis are on "skills development". This class is designed for;

 

  • Fundamentals; grades 1 - 4 (ages: 6 - 9)

  • Intermediates; Grades 5 - 11 (ages: 10 - 16)

for all skill levels including those that have had some level of introduction to Basketball, this class will be very beneficial to their Basketball development.​

TNBA Basketball Skills Training (Saturdays Only): 

Fall Session: Sept - Nov

Winter Session: Jan - Mar

Spring Session: Apr - June 

Summer Session: July - September (Open for Registration)

Ages: 6 - 7, 8 - 9, 10 - 11, 12 - 13, 14 - 16

Duration:

8 Weeks / once a week (ages 6 - 9: $275:)

8 Weeks / once a week (ages 10 - 16: $375)

 

When/Time (Tentative Start Date:  July 6th, 2024):

Saturdays (10am - 11am; ages: 6 - 7)

Saturdays (11am - 12pm: ages 8 - 9)

Saturdays (12pm - 2pm: ages: 10 - 11)

Saturdays (2pm - 4pm; ages: 12 - 13)

Saturdays (4pm - 6pm; ages: 14 - 17)
